I am sure the Treadmill will be fine, when it is opened by our daughter in law. But the downside is that there were no emails regarding the delivery and we were getting concerned that we hadn't received the item, nor any delivery news.
Fortunately, we have WhatsApp on our Crescent, and it was only when one family posted on it, to ask if ayone was expecting a walking machine!! They did kindly bring it round here, but only last Wednesday. Without Whatsapp we would still not have received it! All has ended well.....
I am giving five stars. Unfortunately the Walkingpad Treadmill had an issue on purchase. But the customer service support was second to none. They were polite, gave various options and eventually a very quick refund. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.
It's great and worth for the price. Does the job. Looks pretty and good for small space. So far working it should be.
Great walking machine, great price, works very well with my walking regime , came along at the right time in my life and delivered very quickly.
I have been looking for o e of these for a while but did not want to pay out a lot of money in case it didn’t work for me - this one is great. Not too bulky, packs away upright when not being used and I use it every day. Possibly a bit noisy for while on a teams call but great for getting the steps in.
